EatoRush MarketLens provides market forecasting and technical analysis software. It is not a broker, exchange or trade-execution platform and does not hold client funds.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. One purchase grants one personal account. Sharing, reselling or automated scraping of the service is not permitted.
Lifetime access
A verified one-time payment grants access to the features of the software for the lifetime of the product, without renewal fees. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms, fraud or abuse.
Data and availability
Market data comes from third-party sources that may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee that every instrument or market will be available at all times.

Intellectual property
The software, design, text and models are owned by EatoRush. You may use outputs for your personal research.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the service.
