What we collect
- Account and purchase details: full name, phone number and email address you provide at checkout.
- Payment references: order and payment identifiers returned by our payment processor (Razorpay). We never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- Usage records: forecasts you generate, watchlists, saved forecasts, and messages you send us.
- Technical data: sign-in session tokens stored in your browser, and basic server logs needed for security.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, verify payments, provide the forecasting service, answer enquiries, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment status and amount.
Storage and retention
Data is stored with our managed cloud backend provider. Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account exists and as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account through the contact form.
Your choices
You can update your details, change your password, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
