Question 1

What does EatoRush MarketLens do?

Accepted Answer

MarketLens retrieves historical daily prices for a chosen instrument, calculates technical indicators, runs several statistical forecasting models, and shows a projected Open, High, Low and Close for a future date you choose (up to 90 calendar days ahead), together with an uncertainty range and an algorithmic Possible Buy, Possible Sell or Neutral scenario.

Question 2

Is MarketLens investment advice?

Accepted Answer

No. MarketLens is market forecasting and technical analysis software. Its outputs are model-generated estimates, not personalised recommendations. EatoRush MarketLens is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Please make your own decisions or consult a registered professional.

Question 3

Which markets are covered?

Accepted Answer

You can search Indian stocks (NSE and BSE), many international stocks and indices, major forex pairs and cryptocurrencies. Coverage depends on whether genuine historical data is available for the instrument; if it is not, the forecast is disabled and the reason is shown.

Question 4

How accurate are the forecasts?

Accepted Answer

Accuracy varies by instrument, market conditions and horizon. For every forecast we run a chronological walk-forward backtest and show the measured error (MAE, RMSE and directional accuracy) for that instrument and horizon. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results.

Question 5

Why does the uncertainty range get wider for later dates?

Accepted Answer

The further ahead a forecast looks, the more unknown events can move the price. The range is built from the model's own historical errors at the same horizon, so it naturally widens as the horizon grows.

Question 6

Are prices live?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices come from publicly accessible market data that is typically delayed or end-of-day. Every chart and forecast shows the timestamp of the latest data used and labels it as delayed, cached or stale.

Question 7

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A single one-time payment of ₹4,999 gives lifetime access to all features. There are no monthly plans, renewals or forecast quotas.

Question 8

How do I receive my login after payment?

Accepted Answer

After your payment is verified on our server, your account is created automatically and your User ID and temporary password are shown on the payment success page. You must change the password at first login.

Question 9

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Requests are handled by the support team using the contact form.

Question 10

What if a forecast is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

A forecast is disabled when there is not enough reliable history (at least 120 daily sessions), when the data source is unreachable, or when the target date is not a valid trading session. The page explains which of these applies.
