One-time purchase
MarketLens is sold as a single ₹4,999 one-time payment for lifetime access. There is no subscription to cancel.
Before payment
You can abandon checkout at any time before completing payment; no charge is made.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service after a verified payment, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
Failed or pending payments
If money was debited but your payment did not complete, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay. Contact us with the reference if it is not.
